Bizarre Sky In York

I've lived in New York for 3 years but this was my first time visiting York in England...

Clifford's Tower at night

I rambled downtown and spent time in York Castle (commonly referred to as Clifford's Tower).

York Castle Museum at night

It was an almost full moon when I was there and the sky was covered with the bizarre shape of clouds.

Jeruzalémská Synagoga In Prague

Although I haven't visited many synagogues, Jubilee Synagogue in Prague is the most impressive one for me. It is also known as the Jerusalem Synagogue because it is located on Jerusalem street (Jeruzalémská).

It is within a few minutes walk from the Prague main station (see the map below). It is open from Sunday to Friday (11:00-17:00) during the summer season.

Czechoslovak Independence Day in 2015 Part Two

This is part two entry of the Czechoslovak Independence Day featuring ceremony and fireworks.

After the military procession with marching orchestra bands, they arrived at Žižkově náměstí.

The ceremony was solemn and touching...

You may find participants, especially kids, holding lanterns.

Then it's time for fireworks!!!

It's a lot of fun taking photos of fireworks because my camera, Olympus OM-D EM-5, has a very cool function called "Live Bulb" Please watch the video below if you're interested in.

Have a wonderful weekend.
